There's no inspections in MN, either. And apparently, we up here like
beuracracy. In fact, the only state that I lived in that did require
them was Kansas. NY, CA, and IL didn't care.
CA was just interested in smog. NY just wanted your money, and a lot of
it. I still haven't figured out IL's deal. :-)
