1969 MGB

I found a 69 for sale today.  I can't find any rust.  Engine smokes a little
but he claims it has been sitting for about four years.  Needs allot.  Just
wondering what you guys thought a 69 w/ no rust would be worth.  keeping in
mind you would need to re-do the interior, paint job, re-build carbs, new
tires & you may even have to have the bumpers re-chromed.  Any suggestions??
