Kelvin, as someone who has had a Roadster Autopower bar for nearly 10 years
and never installed it in anything, I'd like to offer a caution. I put the
thing in my GTV8 and found that it was a few inches shy of the headliner,
undoubtedly because it had to be shorter to clear the folding top in a
roadster. I think you are planning to use a GT for your V8 and if so you
may run into the same thing. Arguments can be made either way toward
installing it but I thought it looked cheap sitting a few inches below the
headliner, so back onto the shelf it went again. Just a thought.
