The Peco turned out pretty much best on the dyno runs in Grassroots
Motorsport, Volume 20 Number 1. February 2003.

You should be able to get a reprint from their website.

The header and exhaust were tested together on a 78 with an HIF
conversion. It was worth 1 hp over a stock manifold and exhaust.
The stainless steel was a -1 hp.

The biggest gain over stock was ignition. A Lucas 45D with the
pertronix and 35 degrees of total advance get 4-5 hp.

Needles and changing type of oil in the dashpots did nothing.
