My apologies to the list for perpetuation of an apparent false rumor the
Protor and Gamble's Swiffer WetJet mop contains ethylene glycol, the
active ingredient in most antifreeze coolants. Although this product does
contain a small percentage of propylene glycol which is relatively
non-toxic, its does not contain ethylene glycol.

There have, however, in the past been several cleaning agents available
OTC that did contain EG. Please check the label on any of these products
before using them around children and pets. Of particular interest was
one such product that was labeled as a toilet bowl cleaner. How many of
you have pets (or children) who have imbibed from the porcelain watering
hole?

Safety Fast!
