Everyone,

Thanks for all the responses.  I will be trying each one in turn to diagnose
the problem.  In answer to some questions that you asked,  the radiator is
not "boiling over" but when the outside air temp is over 85, the needle on
the temp gauge rises to within a 1/16th of an inch of the "H".  Also, when
it gets this hot, the car sometimes begin to run rough, which is why I
thought it was overheating and not just a bad gauge or sending unit.  The
funny thing is, when the outside air temp in below 80 or 85, then the needle
stays at "N" or just slightly above.
