Check you have 12v on the purple at the horns (on the horn spades, not the
connector), and check it is still there with the horn button pushed.  If so
the 12v supply through the fusebox is OK.  Then check you have 12v on the
purple/black spades on the horns, and that it drops to zero when the horn
button is pushed.  If it stays at 12v, or only drops part of the way, you
are losing the ground from through the horn button so check again closer to
that.
