Jane and I went to the movies tonight and afterwards noticed I'd left the
lights on the 79B on for three hours. Of course it wouldn't start.
I had Jane give me a push downhill in the parking lot (backwards) and tried
to pop the clutch three different times to no avail-didn't fire once. A nice
bystander offered to push me forward and it started up in first gear on the
first try.
Can you not push start an MG in reverse?
