I am attempting to hook up my new wiring harness on my 1977 MGB.
Unfortunately the old one had been spliced and redone so many times that it is
not much
good to use as a guide. I have two wires coming out of my harness just in front
of the plug for the alternator. One wire appears to be white with a dark blue
tracer and the other is solid white. On my wiring diagram for the 1977 MGB I
don't show this wire, however, on the wiring diagram for a 1978 MGB it shows
the white/blue wire going to the distributor. I have the electronic ignition
but
I don't see any place to connect these wires. I am assuming it is either not
used on my car or somehow should be hooked to the coil. Any suggestions? For
