Yes.  SAE and BSF fasteners are generally interchangeable (with the same 
thread pitch).  Most people don't know the difference, and perhaps most 
people assume they are all UNF standard threads, (which is damn close to 
the truth).

Not I, sorry.  I have no personal inclinations toward concours originality 
in accessory items.  But if anyone should happen to verify correct
