Not really.  It hits the top stop slightly before the tank is completely
full and the bottom stop slightly before it is fully empty, it is crude as
that and not at all critical, hence no specifications.  It is more relevant
and easier to adjust the gauge (little screw slots in the back of the gauge,
possibly covered with cork plugs) so that whatever the sender sends gives
the correct (although I prefer a reserve of about a gallon when the gauge is
on E) indication.
