Funny you should ask that Steve.  I just had my machinist hone my cam
bearings on my 1622.  He says that the assembly lube (avail at local parts
store or Moss) is too heavy and to mix it 50/50 with 30wt.  So, that's what
I did and what I used.  Not much stickier and slipperyer for assembly and
run in.
