     Wheels and hubs wear because that's the nature of mechanical parts. 
  Wear is accelerated by the faults described.  It should be pointed out 
that sealing the spokes from within the hubs is not a one-time thing. 
The sealer will eventually leak and the entire evolution must be done 
over again.
