Thank you Rick,  --  Spot on!  (Pun intended).  For all the fiddling 
I as doing, all I had to do was call it a Drill instead 
of  Mill.  Google turns up lots of them as "Spot Weld Drill" or "Spot 
Weld Drill Kit".
