Some years back, Citroen advertised the introduction of the BX model
with its fibreglass bonnet. They showed a man standing on it and
although it bent, it went back into shape after the weight was
removed.

Unfortunately, not all the cars were built with fibreglass bonnets --
some had steel bonnets, which led to expensive mistakes when some
owners attempted to duplicate the bonnet-walking shown in the adverts.
