   When cold, the battery connectors will be tighter thanks to contraction
and of the metal. When hot an otherwise solid connection can become
resistive or even open.
   Next time it won't start, turn on the headlights first and observe them
when attempting a start. If the dim appreciable the batter or its
connectors are the cause.
