Sarah. The voltage stabilizer sends reduced voltage to the fuel and temp gau=
ges.  The temp gauge going up to H may be a wiring problem.  If the wire to t=
he temp sending unit is grounded that could cause the gauge to read H.=20
 The tach not working may be a different problem. =20
