I agree, not yet practical. I'm interested in them from purely an
economic proposition. A job change last summer means my former 5 mile
commute becomes 30 when work from home ends.   I have some interest in a
Mach-E (no other name associated with that :-)  ) or an ID-4. But both are
only RWD currently, and I'm not doing that here in Minnesota. Then again,
both will still be over $30k after government rebates, and I'm not ready to
pay that much for a consumable.
