    John, I believe John Blairs advise is on target , (I've seen his car and
he does things right), but my guess is that you have the older style side
screens which do not have the Aly frame or plexiglas.
( Anyone know when Morgan fist started offering the new type side screens ?
)

If you do have the early type you may have trouble finding the proper
canvas material. When I did a pair several years ago I used convertible top
material and found that I could buy the window material by the yard at the
same supply house that had the top material.
I used a hard aluminum sheet to replace the wire in the lower half, this
allowed the flap to hold its shape better and sealed the opening far better
than the curtain with just the wire .
I cut and fitted the canvas and window, used contact glue to hold it
together and took it in to the upholsterer shop to for sewing
If by " trim" you mean bright metal around the window, I may have some
spares up in the attic of "the garage with more parts than one man should
have " Let me know and I'll see if I can find them.
