-made and attachment for the front end loader for tractor. run through
windshield and lift.
-run 4x4 through doorframe with chian/rope around each end up to lifting
device-tractor, A-frame, tree...
-use 2x4 to lift cab and block on frame under cab(2x4 to soften lift) then
get 4 guys with metal pipes or 4x4 under cab-egpytian lift...
-floor jack, several 4x4 on end and a few long 4x4 with 2 oil drums... and
other ways that would make you cringe... i once carefully by myself
rolled/lifted a 54 bare cab over a barbwire fence into the back of my truck
to take home.
also-you can do it all with the doors on but open. DO NOT run through window
opening.-it will crush.
