I agree with the previous posts...the only thing I would add is that POR 15 
is a "real pain" to use...you need special respiration protection if you spray 
it, to you can only thin it with Xylene, it has a limited pot life and it's 
impossible to get off your skin or anything else for that matter when it dries.
I would suggest "Zero -Rust" it accomplishes the same thing without the 
hassles (plus it's less expensive).
