*My dentist saves his broken tools for me. They come in  many forms;
*picks, scrapers, sculpting heads, etc., The  non-broken end and even the
*stub are very useful for cleaning threads, electrical connections,
*scraping hard to reach areas, etc.

I am a dentist; you'd be amazed at how useful my lab bench is for
fabricating parts. I'm in the midst of restoring a pair of <expensive>
mirror housings for my FV. Its refreshing to work on the car between
patients!
