Don't know how hard anyone has tried to find Sears on the Net. But
their URL is: www.sears.com
It took a while for me to find a way to communicate with them. They have
a customer complaint form. I took the liberty to fill it out and included
some excerpts of the various emails about the Craftsman tools (email addresses
and names were withheld).
