Porter-Cable 19.2V drills at Home Depot

I stopped by the local HD (in Sterling, Virginia) yesterday,
and saw that they were clearing out new Porter Cable Model 
#9884 19.2V cordless drills for $199, marked down from $269. 
I have no idea if this is anything other than a local deal, but 
if anyone's looking for one, this was the cheapest I've seen
by a good margin.

Does anyone have any experience with this particular toy?
