Waste-oil heaters seemed like way too much trouble to me.  I bought an
Empire through-the-wall natural-gas unit.  Cost about 600 bucks, but it's
costing very little to run, it is very clean, there is no flame
schematically inside my shop, and I don't need to worry about refilling the
fuel.
