Brian,
To the best of my knowledge, Ford US no longer gives tours
to the general public. Can't say about the others, but I
don't think so.
I know that Harley-Davidson does have tours of it's facilities
in the Milwaukee area, as well as their York, Penn plant and
the one in Kansas City.
