Just so every one knows, I did search the Shop-talk archives

reference to it.
I'm trying to determine how to best handle rust stains. You know, those
stains left by rusty water, tools left on concrete, etc.
I know of a product [CLR] that does a respectable job but is designed
not only for rust but Calcium, and Lime; and becomes a bit pricy for
large jobs. I'm guessing the rust removal ingredient in CLR is cheap,
and abundant but I have no idea what it is.
Any suggestions?
