My assumption that the voltage is varied to control fuel quantity may not be
correct but the ECU in some systems (Bosch Motoronic for example) stabilizes
the voltage at lower than battery voltage. I've seen some some in the 4 to 5
volt range. What I was trying to say is don't look for battery voltage here.
Determine from one of the working injectors what the voltage should be and
go from there.
