When I lived in North Idaho I had one on the Spitfire that was plumbed into 
the heater hoses.  Since it was the largest of the three sizes available I'd 
come out in the morning and find all the snow melted off the hood as well as 
about three feet in front of the car.  I dare say I was flowing thru the 
radiator!
