I've not tried this yet, but I've been told several times that latex
paint does a pretty good job of sealing up these tires.  Getting it in
can be a bit of challenge.  But breaking the bead on one side, shoving
the tire down, and pouring some in through the gap shouldn't be too
hard.  I've really got to try this on my mower, all four tires go flat
between mows.
