I used Olympic "Maximum waterproof tinted sealant" 3 years ago after
cleaning/bleaching pressure treated deck & porches that were about 3
years old (and had never been treated).

It is about time for a re-new but still looks good on the porch areas
(under a roof) and OK on the deck areas (no roof).

So, I would say I am not unhappy...
