Same around SE PA. Walmart, Pep Boys all accept drain oil. My problem is
finding a place to take used coolant. No one wants it. Some larger cities
have recylcing sites that accept it along with stale gasoline etc. That
makes sense if you want the environment clean.
If there is no where to take this stuff I think a lot of folks dump in on
the ground. Me, I have coolant having birthdays in my garage. Stale gas I
burn in my mower.

Where do you live? Round here, the law makes any place that changes car oil
accept car oil from walk-in folks.
