Some years back a young tool salesman at Sears submitted a suggestion for a
quick release ratchet, the home office told him they would check into it but
did not have intentions of going very far with it, less than one year later
"Craftsman" had a full nationwide sale on a totally new "quick release
ratchet", Sears made it a really big deal introduction, but' only gave the
employee $5,000 bucks, he sued and came away with ==$105 million== , his
claim, they lied to him about what he had and their plans for it.. "FT"
