I dunno, I think that's all my 3/8" air ratchet is rated for; and the vast
majority of fasteners on my cars take that much or less. Standard torque
for a 3/8"NC Grade 5 is only 35 ft-lb.
But then there is the question of how much it actually delivers under real
world conditions. My "250 ft lb" impact driver is lucky to muster half that
much.
