Well, Eric doesn't seem like the kind of guy who would go
for a joyride in a customer's car.  There's also insurance for
the rare situation in which he might get in an accident.

Yeah, the Italian fellow made an error by letting a highschooler
drive a customer's car.

I don't think this means that doing pick ups and drop offs of
customer cars is a bad idea.
