Greetings,

All I can say is, "DAMN! That is hard work!"

The plans for the radiator air deflectors are online. These were modeled
from new ones I received from Doug's Parts (Moss).
They are modeled after the original construction, but you can use the
construction method from the engine valances, I suppose.

The plan shows the LH valance (or deflector) but in green is a cut-out
for the RH side. Just flip the sucker over.

PLEASE! Try it out on heavy paper or board first and let me know.  I
used only the plans and was able to construct one in newspaper (not
terribly different from the originals, eh? ;)
