  Hi Shane, if you are going to replace your exhaust manifold you mind as
  well get a header.  A new replacment manifold (if you can find one) will
  cost you just as much as an header.  You can get a ceramic coated
  header (made by Pace Setter) with the EGR valve fitting from JC Whitney for
  $220US.  I regular steel one painted black (also by Pace Setter) goes for
  $115US.

  If you can get a used one, you'll end up with the same problem of them
  cracking.  It take a little more work to get the header on but I think
  is worth your time.
