  Hi Brad, you don't need anything special.  You can use a spray bottle
  fill with water.  Just spray the mist into the carb. with the engine
  running and the air filter(s) off without stalling it.  

  There are cleaners that you can get at the parts store that will do the
  job.  Just do it some place other than home.  The one that I used caused
  a lot of smoke.  You suppose to spray about 2/3 of the stuff into the carb. 
  with out stalling the engine.  The rest is spray into the carb till you
  stall the engine.  Let the engine stand for about 10 mintues and than 
  restart it.  At this point I got white smoke from the tail pipe for about
  10 minutes, that is why you should do it around your neighbourhood.  Your
  neighbours will not appreciated.
