Hi again everyone,

This is a follow-up to "Troubles with Weber DGAV Carb".

Today I installed a fuel regulator to drop the fuel pressure coming
into my carb. The electric pump I have is generating 4 lbs of
pressure. I T'd in a fuel gauge at the inlet to my carb so I could
monitor the regulator's performance.

I adjusted the new pressure to 2 lbs. The regulator seems to work
quite well. I also cleaned out the carb (again) and re-assembled it. I
hooked everything up and ran the car. It ran good for about an hour...
no excess fuel spilling into the intake. Then it happened again:
running rough, stalling out and yes after removing the air filter and
looking down inside--excess fuel dumping down.

I've already replaced the needle valve and seat twice. And remember, I
installed a new inline filter.

This one kind of has me stumped. Any further suggestions?
