Hey Harve:
If you're serious about wanting a hardtop I'll sell you mine... It's
a steel, factory unit (for a squaretail), all glass is intact, all seals
are in place (although a little dry). All of the chrome bits and pieces
are present and in excellent shape. The headliner is utterly perfect,
really the best I've ever seen. There are a couple of paint chips &
blisters on the exterior, pretty minor stuff really. You'd want to sand
it and re-paint it. It's black with a white headliner. I don't have
the mounting hardware but I understand it's available from the usual
suspects.
After setting it on the car in the shop for a couple of weeks I've
decided I just don't like the way they look, and living in Florida I
don't really need anything more than the soft top so....
Price? I'd say that it's one of the nicer hardtops I've seen,
especially "inside".. I'd part with it for $350.00, possibly with a
partial swap for a roll bar or some other cool performance bits. I can
take pictures and e-mail them if you're interested.
