is Rimmer offline?

I can't seem to email Rimmer using the "contact us" address on their web
page.  Mail to sales@rimmer.netkonect.co.uk bounces.  My admin tells me that
there's no DNS entry for host "rimmer" at netkonect.co.uk.  Does anyone know
if they're reachable, and if so what's the address?
