yep... that's pretty much the plan at this time.
It's just nice to have parts on hand rather than
having to wait for them until after you find out
what's up.

Paul,
Might as well drop the pan and extract the #3 piston
and rod for examination. Then decide if you want/need
to replace one or more pistons and rings.
You'll have to remove it anyway if you decide/need to
replace the set, so why not?
