I have a new car radio that I am going to install on my spit (once she
has new front suspension/full complement of wheels/tax etc etc). The
wiring for the old radio only had a battery power connection and the new
radio has an ignition wire. Where would I need to run a wire from to
hook a lead up to the ignition circuitry? I have pretty much no
experience in car electronics.

I think I may have also have a grounding problem. When going over bumps
my old stereo would cut out completely and lose it's settings. I'm
pretty confident that it's not a problem with the stereo so I suspect a
grounding problem. Where would I find the grounding point on the car?

cheers
John
