Remove the moulding first and, from the inside, to push the inside rubber lip
over the flange with the screw driver while applying some pressure onto the
glass.
To make it easy you can some liquid soap as a lubricant. It's laminated glass,
so be careful.

    I am planning on removing my windshield this weekend.  I am assuming that
  it is pretty straight forward but i just wanted to know if there are any
  tips for getting it out without dropping it.  Any Advise?
