Wow Guys,
Now I am down to the Driveshaft. Appears a nonstandard shaft is in place.
Although it fits and must have been on a GT6+ OD at some point it is not what
should be there. I am told that it appears to be altered and may be the
source of the rumble and also may have ruined the diff. I have learned that
GT6
shafts had little bearings within the sliding joint since I took a regular one
apart and they all fell to the floor. This one has none of that. I have
ordered a replacement shaft from Victoria British and it will hopefully be on
an
airplane heading for OHIO tomorrow. Seems like the last half a yard is the
hardest to get and yes I am a Cleveland Browns Fan.
