What do you think, Frame Change on a Spitfire 1500? Winter Project? 2

Darrell, it depends mostly on how much "shipwright's disease" sets in during
the swap. To "just do it" really shouldn't take much more than a weekend, a
few friends, and a case or so of good brew. But each bit you start cleaning,
rebuilding and refinishing is going to add infinite amounts of time. ;-)

*Mrs Irrelevant: Oh, is it a jet?
*Man: Well, no ... It's not so much of a jet, it's more your, er,
Triumph Herald engine with wings.
