There is a guy who hangs out at rec.craft.metalwork newsgroup who does this
resleeving thang, and from my chats with him I wouldn't hesitate to have him
do a brass resleeve of a cylinder for me.  Probably about 1/3 to 1/2 the
cost of a new cylinder for the paired set that early cars use.  BTW, it now
occurs to me that MGA's (late ones) had discs I think, and had a similar MC
to the early spridgets might be a good match if you're going to go to MGB
calipers...
