What's wrong with this picture is that the lawyers out thee have gotten
to court system (i.e. more lawyers) to beleive that if you let any
possible infingement of your trademark or copyright, then you have
essentially abandoned it, and you're copyrights and trademarks are up
for grabs.  Anyone rember Disney Crop v,. the preschool in Florida a
couple of years ago?  It's that sort of nonsense this legalistic
approach to life is bringing us too..
