K&N filter price

Okay gang, can anyone tell me what a fair price for a set of K&N filters
for 1275 midget in like-new condition would be?  This is the one-piece set
that has 'MIDGET' on the cover.  I think they go for about about $170 from
Moss.

I know I can't afford new ones, and I'm trying to decide whether to buy a
used set.  Can I really expect much in terms of fuel efficiency and power
improvement from buying and bolting them on?
