This sounds like you have a rotor (disc) that is either horribly out of plane,
or is loose on the hub.  When the car rolls, the warped or loose rotor pushes
the pads back and presto, the pedal goes to the floor on the next application.
This can also be caused by pads that have worn to a triangular shape or shot
or loose front wheel bearings.
